Controller of Examinations
The Controller of Examinations (CoE) at Annapoorana Engineering College (Autonomous) – AEC is responsible for planning, preparing, and scheduling the end-semester examinations for all the courses offered by the institution. The CoE coordinates the smooth conduct of examinations, including the valuation of answer scripts, publication of results, and issuance of Grade Cards, Transcripts, Provisional Certificates, Degree Certificates, Migration Certificates, and Duplicate Certificates as applicable.
The Office of the Controller of Examinations also facilitates certificate genuineness and verification services for various stakeholders, including government organizations, educational institutions, corporate bodies, and authorized verification agencies.
In addition, the CoE oversees the pre- and post-auditing of question papers and answer booklets through internal and external subject experts. The office maintains essential examination records and ensures that all examination-related processes are carried out with accuracy, confidentiality, transparency, and academic integrity in accordance with the regulations of Annapoorana Engineering College (Autonomous).
