The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was established in the Year 2010. The Department offers premier professional training with an eye on the modern developments in Electronics and Information technology. The department is the culmination of the efforts of the group to provide a world class education which is specially geared to meet the fast changing human resource needs of the country’s industry and the global village. The department has well equipped Laboratory as Communication Lab, Microprocessor and Microcontroller Lab, Electronics Circuit Lab, Optical and Microwave Lab, Digital / Analog Circuits Lab, Digital Signal Processing Lab, VLSI Lab and Network Lab. The department has a well-balanced workforce having experience in academics and in Industries. Students are given education as well as training exposure in order to get placed in highly reputed Industries.

Digital Signal Processing Laboratory/ VLSI Design Laboratory

The VLSI Design Laboratory Is Established With The Aim Of Conducting Research In Various Aspects Of The Ever Growing Field Of Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI And Establishing Links Between Industrial Companies.

Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Laboratory can be described as the processing of signals using digital techniques or digital computers. A signal is a piece of information in binary or digital form. Digital Signal processing techniques improve signal quality or extract important information by removing unwanted part of the signal.Digital Signal Processing accounts for a substantial proportion of the world market for electronic devices. And therefore, the leading electronics manufacturers have invested heavily in DSP technology.

Advanced Communication Laboratory

The Advanced Communication System Laboratory covers design and verification of the concepts of modern communication systems that operates in MHz-THz range.

Microprocessors and Microcontrollers Laboratory

The Microprocessor and Microcontroller Laboratory helps the students to understand the basic operation of Microprocessors and Microcontrollers along with fundamental programming skills in assembly language and Embedded C programming.
